“The Best Way To Predict The Future, Is To Create It.”
Are you ready to bring home a Corso?
Owning a Cane Corso requires a significant level of commitment. Owners must be prepared to dedicate an enormous amount of time for training, exercise, and socialization to meet their physical and mental needs.
Consistent, continual training and socializing, from an early age is crucial for these dogs, as their high awareness, sharp perception and strong guarding instincts require guidance and structure to help them channel their energy effectively.
With high awareness, sharp perception, and extreme sense of loyalty, constant training and excessive socialization are the keys to a well-rounded and well-behaved Corso.

How Our Puppies Are Placed
We often pair dogs who possess strong toy and food drive, with dog that have high prey and working drive, and the resulting litters are often a true melting pot. We often have conformation prospects, sport prospects, and wonderful companion puppies within the same litter.
Puppies are placed based on what you are realistically looking to do—or not do—with your dog and the temperament to match those goals.
We see these puppies every day. We understand their strengths, weaknesses, drives, and temperaments. You see them briefly, and in that short moment, a puppy may display behavior that isn't typical of their true nature.
For example, most pet homes are never going to be happy with one of our high-energy, intense protection prospects who needs a well-structured daily routine and a significant amount of exercise -even if that puppy happens to be the perfect "large black male” in their eyes.
Our Priorities
We maintain a list of people looking for puppies-but we don't always have a puppy that fits every request. Especially since we don’t breed often. Not every puppy is born for the show, sport or working world. However, homes that prioritize training, titles, and development will always be placed higher on the list.
Our ultimate goal is to preserve the Cane Corso's working attributes and conformational correctness for future breeding prospects.
We do this by placing our highest-potential puppies in homes best equipped to develop them to pursue titles and meaningful work. This ensures the breed continues to move forward with purpose and integrity. For this reason, we do not sell puppies based on "first pick" first deposit, or color.
If we have multiple puppies that fit a certain criteria, we can then begin to consider your additional requests- allowing you to select a puppy that best fits your goals and color preference.
We do not sell puppies solely for breeding purposes.
There are many breeders who do-that is not us.
Please do not ask.

Guardian Homes
What is guardianship? In short, guardianship is when a breeder places their hand selected, top quality prospect puppies with approved, local/semi-local families where they become cherished, lifelong pet. A contract is in place that allows us to retain breeding and show rights for a period of time. The guardian family has full ownership of the dog once retired.
Why is a guardian program beneficial?
Guardianship is beneficial to prospective families as well as our breeding program because we firmly believe that all dogs should be given a loving family who they can thrive with. By offering the guardianship program, our future prospects get the one on one love & attention with a family of their own. To keep our lines diverse without turning our home into a kennel, guardianship is the perfect option. It also gives families the opportunity to add one of our puppies to their home at a fraction of the price, or sometimes for no cost at all. All Health testing and breeding related expenses are our responsibility.
What are the requirements to become a guardian family?
-You must own your own home
-Live within an 8hr radius of Spokane, WA
-Have the confidence, ability & time to attend train classes and socialize your puppy outside of the home.
-Have a fenced yard or acreage
-Have adequate knowledge & experience with guardian breeds
-The dog must be available for transport for breeding purposes within 24hrs notice
-Provide adequate exercise and mental stimulation for your dog
-Be willing to feed your puppy/dog the breeders diet of choice until retirement.

Are you looking for a new companion?
Do you love the idea of a dog, but not the challenges of puppyhood? One of our retired or young adult dogs may be the perfect fit for your home. These dogs come from carefully planned, health tested, registered lines and have been raised ethically in our home. They are well cared for, live full and enriching lives with us, and are carefully and thoughtfully transitioned into their next homes.
What makes them special? These dogs often come with a strong foundation—basic obedience, kennel training, and reliable house manners—making the adjustment into your home much smoother.
Rehoming is never an easy decision for a quality breeder. We do it not out of convenience, but out of commitment—to ensure each dog has the opportunity to continue a life with individualized attention and companionship once their goal here are done. When you welcome one of our dogs into your home, you’re not just gaining a companion—you’re carrying forward a piece of our program and everything we’ve poured into them.
At the same time, this allows us to make room for the next generation, continuing to preserve and advance the breed with purpose, intention, and integrity.
Please remember- Our retired and young adult placements are not “rescue” situations, you are not rescuing them from anything. You are choosing to adopt a well mannered and care for adult dog from us.
